Getting X to equal Y

I was kinda anti-StrengthFinders for awhile……….mostly cuz there seemed to be a time when all people in my circle could talk about was their woo strength……..could’ve fooled me! Hahah!

But, okay, it’s pretty interesting.

I was just sitting here working on a little project. And I wondered why I was enjoying this project so much---cuz quite frankly, it isn’t rocket science! I realized that it draws on my problem-solving strength (restorative)…we’re doing X, and we’re not getting Y results that we desire…….’duh!’ I say, ‘and here’s why…’ So now I’ll dream up a wee-process to hopefully help X=Y…
