It's true what the late Aaliyah (a hometown girl) sang about...'if at first you don't succeed, dust yourself off and try again...' I ran [read: shuffled] for the first time in forever today...fast I was not, but it was so fun. Like most things in life, you just keep putting one foot in front of the other til you get where you're going...
