This week a bunch of my questions and thoughts started coming together a little bit in my head. It’s been fun….seems like everything I read has been written to answer a few questions I was asking last week.
I won’t go into it all here…it’s not quite that sorted out in my head! But it has been super encouraging…and was topped off by a John Piper talk that I watched last night.
Sitting with this thought in Piper’s prayer right now:
'[we] pray that your [God's] value would be our supreme treasure. And that the way we fit into your purposes would be according to your will and not our dreams, but that our dreams would be conformed to your highest purposes.’
Amen.
