It is a rare neighborhood in downtown Detroit that I haven't looked at and in many cases (read: most) considered buying into. One of my favorites, and still on the short list if and when I get the green light to invest, are the Mies van der Rohe townhomes in Lafayette Park. Those clever folks at DWR used Mr. van der Rohe's famous quote to announce their semi-annual sale. But when a guy's right, a guy's right...from a good deal on home goods, to how much you post on your blog--less is more. Ha!

When You're Right, You're Right
