The first Sundays of the month, the Fort Street Chorale sings during the worship service at Fort Street Presbyterian Church. This morning, the Chorale met at 9:15 AM to warm-up and run-through the five pieces we were to sing during the service at 11 AM. A little Bach, some Mozart, an old spiritual hymn, an Amen, and The Lord Bless You and Keep You. Despite the fact that it was at least 190 degrees up in the balcony of the majestic old church, it was such a blessing to start the day with these folks.
