Yesterday, Jenny arrived in Brussels for a brief stopover on her way back to Detroit. She's been serving on the Mercy Ship in Liberia for the last few months. You can read about some of her adventures here.
It's great to see Jenny...since we've never managed to actually hang out in Detroit. Seriously...we share many mutual friends, but like two (Mercy) ships passing in the night, never get any QT (and Liv knows how this only child needs a little quality time!) Thankfully the only connecting flight to Monrovia is via Brussels Air...go figure!
Of course, I've had the Marvin Gay classic "Mercy, mercy me...." stuck in my head since she got here!
(And T-minus 3 days til Andrea arrives! But who's counting?!)
