Totally just faked out the FedEx man into thinking I speak French. It's amazing where four basic words (bonjour, oui, voila, merci) and a basic understanding of context, can get you.
My colleagues were cracking up when the FedEx man left because they knew how little I actually understood. But I think they were also impressed.
Good laugh for a sorta blah Monday morning in Brussels.
