Amsterdam

It was a wonderful weekend in Amsterdam with Sumreen and some of her colleagues from the State Department. We ate, laughed, rode bikes and tiptoed through the tulips. It is such a treat to have Sumreen here in Europe to share more fun travel adventures. The weekend was also marked with wonderful news from Detroit. My dear friends had a sweet baby boy bun! Oh the joy!

This is the "No baby yet." face that Sumreen captured about once an hour when I'd check my messages. Unfortuntely, news of the Bun's birth came Sunday morning as I was getting in the shower....no photos of that dance of joy, for everyone's benefit!

We rented bikes on Sunday and it was such a blast. Catch me if you can.
