...the rest is just gravy

I made my first pumpkin pie yesterday. I'm a late-bloomer, I know.

And though my Mom had frozen pie crusts in the freezer from the famous Achatz Pie Company, I insisted on making my own.

Right.

So, maybe practice makes perfect?

I also made gravy; it may have had a few lumps. That's just a sign that it's homemade, right?
