Bienvenue a Bruxelles

Arrived in Brussels yesterday and was able to start to get settled in my new home away from home. Here is the view from my bedroom:

Unpacked a bit and then strolled around the neighborhood. Check out this interesting little park area:
Stumbled on a store called HEMA--sorta like an urban Target. Check out their website--the homepage is very entertaining. Needless to say, I'll be back!

Managed to stay awake until 8 pm before crashing into some much needed sleep. Who knows what adventures today holds...stay tuned!
