It just came to my attention that JFK, Jr. died ten years ago yesterday. That’s crazy…mostly because I can’t believe it has been ten years. I had just moved from Washington, D.C. to Boston--where the story was extra-big news. I was interning at Save the Harbor/Save the Bay and just generally enjoying life. It was a super super hot summer, so on my free afternoons, I would head out to Walden Pond and go for a swim. It was truly one of the best summers ever. And that fall, I started graduate school at Tufts.
…it feels like just yesterday.
