It's a small world

In case you hadn't heard? I'm back in Brussels for about a month. Getting some things sorted out, praying, serving, connecting with friends, new and old.

For example, I arrived on Saturday and spent the evening catching up with a dear friend. We later met up with one of her friends; a friend that I'd heard lots of good things about, but was finally meeting--sadly, just as she is getting ready to move back to her home country.

Nonetheless, by the next day, we were facebook friends and she'd invited me to her good-bye party (all too common in expat cities like Brussels).....all very nice.

I just arrived at one of my favorite cafes to do a little writing, and low and behold, I ran into her.

So fun. Brussels. It's a big, small town! :-)

Yesterday I met a lot of interesting people too. Turns out, I love people.

It's true.

Love you, too! xox
