Honestly

Truth is, today is the one day of the year that I wish I went to Michigan or Michigan State. But, alas, I cheer for the Beloit Bucs and the Tufts Jumbos. Not exactly Big 10, but....whatever! I don't really understand football (American football, that is) anyway.

I'm not gonna lie, I'm a little anxious to get this show on the road. Though I'm so totally enjoying the opportunities to spend time with friends on this side of the Atlantic. Especially Rachel and the babies, and Linda and the buns. The rest of you too, but you know what I mean! It's never good when your best friend's youngest blows you kisses on Skype, but takes 4 hours to warm up to you in real life! :-)

Just met my Mom's new neighbor to the north. Hilarious. I think my Mom would like to fix us up, so it was kinda funny to finally meet him. Truth be told, don't think it's a love connection. But I'm thankful he keeps an eye on mama and her casa.

And if you really want to know, I'd do just about anything to be in Brussels. That's the truth! Today is 10.10.10, Global Day of Volunteering...and also The Well's 5th Birthday. Though maybe it's a good enough excuse to bake some cupcakes and make a wish!

Long story short...I'm thankful. Hopeful. Full of anticipation. Honestly.
